Midlife is when the universe gently places her hands upon your shoulders, pulls you close, and whispers in your ear: I’m not screwing around.
— Brene Brown
It was a powerful experience to be in a small group with great guidance that prompted deep reflection and exposed some profound truths. I felt heard, taken seriously, and genuinely cared for. Daphne created a safe, liberating space that helped me realize support is available — and that I am allowed to reach for it. I’m letting go of fear and standing strong in my sovereignty, peace, and truth.

Living 2026 by Design

Living 2026 by Design is a soft, powerful circle for women who are tired of living on autopilot and feel the quiet sense that something new is emerging.

This is not a space for pressure, plans or resolutions.

This is not about fixing yourself.

And it’s definitely not about pushing for clarity.

It’s a listening practice.

A space to slow down, tend to your nervous system, and consciously meet a powerful threshold moment — allowing what’s already alive inside you to come into focus.

Why This Moment Matters

The New Moon on Sunday, January 18th marks a rare threshold — a bridge between the structures you’ve been living inside and what’s beginning to take shape next.

This is a moment when clarity often arrives whether we’re ready or not.

Rather than rushing forward or defaulting to old patterns of self-management, this circle offers a way to meet the moment consciously — with presence, choice, and inner authority.

Instead of asking:

What should I do this year?

We begin with:

Who am I becoming — and what wants to emerge through me now?

What We’ll Do Together

In this 60–90 minute live circle, you’ll be gently guided through:

  • Centering and nervous system settling

  • Identity-based visioning prompts (not planning or strategy)

  • Spacious reflection and optional witnessing

Part of the power of this circle is being witnessed.

When we name what’s emerging — aloud, in the presence of others — it often clarifies and strengthens in ways that private reflection alone can’t. There is something deeply regulating and activating about being seen, heard, and held in a shared field, and about offering what’s alive to something larger than ourselves.

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.

You don’t need to know your answers.

Just bring a notebook, a pen, your willingness to listen and maybe a warm cup of tea if that feels supportive.

How You’ll Likely Leave Feeling

Women often leave this circle feeling:

  • More grounded and settled in themselves

  • Clearer about what truly matters right now

  • Reconnected to a deeper intention they want to protect as sacred

  • Less pressure to “figure it all out”

  • Anchored by one simple, inspired next step — without forcing the how

Many describe the experience as a remembering.

A coming home.

A quiet but powerful shift in how they want to meet the year ahead.

Who This Circle Is For

This space is for you if:

  • You’re tired of living on autopilot or by default

  • Traditional goal-setting feels flat, heavy, or incomplete

  • You sense you’re standing at a threshold — even if you can’t name what’s next yet

  • You want to live the coming year with more alignment, agency, and truth

  • You’re craving reflection, clarity, and spaciousness rather than more doing

Midlife is not a winding down.

It’s a recalibration.

And it deserves a different kind of conversation.

About Your Guide

Daphne Ogle is a woman-centered transformational coach who supports accomplished women through moments of transition, recalibration, and becoming.

Her work blends deep listening, nervous-system-informed practices, and identity-first visioning — with a background in human-centered design and sacred space holding — to help women reconnect with their inner authority and design what’s next from who they truly are..

She is known for creating spaces that feel grounded, safe, and quietly powerful — where women can slow down, be witnessed without fixing, and name what’s emerging with honesty and courage.

This circle reflects the heart of her work: relational, spacious, and designed to meet women exactly where they are.

About the Format

  • Live on Zoom (registration required)

  • Free to attend

  • 60–90 minutes

This is an intimate, co-created circle rather than a passive teaching.

Participants are invited to briefly introduce themselves at the beginning so we can consciously form the field together. Beyond that, sharing is always optional.

Listening, witnessing, and quiet presence are all welcome.

To honor the integrity of the circle, the full recording is shared only with those who attend live.

Two Ways to Work With This New Moon

Live Circle — Saturday, January 18 (10:00 a.m. PT)
A shared, facilitated space to meet this threshold moment together.

Guided Intention-Setting Meditation (Recorded)
For those who can’t attend live or prefer to work with this New Moon privately, a prerecorded guided meditation is available to support conscious intention-setting in your own space and time.

Looking Ahead

Living by Design is intended as a monthly offering, with each gathering guided by a slightly different lens — such as inner authority, energy, desire, visibility, or designing what’s next.

Dates are released one month at a time to honor the responsive, relational nature of this work.

This space may eventually evolve into deeper continuation experiences for women who feel called to keep going.
